Ingredients

2 oz. Barceló Gran Añejo
1 ½ oz. pear and ginger syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
Mint leaves
Lemon slice and cinnamon stick to decorate

Preparation

In a short glass add mint leaves along with the simple syrup and mash. Add the rum, the juices and then the ice to the top. Garnish with lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
