Notes on tasting

Intense amber colour.
Fragrances of caramelized cherry, cocoa and tobacco. The entry is characterized by sharp notes of fleshy fruits, but hints of toasted dried fruit and pink pepper appear in the background. In the mouth it is clean and pure, with a prolonged and mild finish.

To be enjoyed on the rocks and in combinations of contemporary mixology.

Recipe

Organic Basil Smash

Ingredients

2 ounces of Barceló Organic
8 basil leaves
1 ounce of lemon juice
½ ounce of simple syrup
Basil leaves to garnish

Preparation

Pour the basil and lemon juice into a shaker and gently chop them; add the Barceló Organic and the simple syrup and complete with ice.
Shake vigorously, strain and pour into a shallow glass with ice. Garnish with basil leaves.
