Obtained from fresh juice extracted from our sugarcane plantations, aged for 4 years in ex-Bourbon oak barriques. A top-quality rum with an adventurous spirit, synonymous with the purest taste of the Caribbean, worthy of the noblest Dominican tradition.

Notes on tasting
Bright amber colour.
Seductive fragrances of melted caramel, with marked hints of pepper and tobacco. With a dry body and a delicious fruity flavour and a slightly spicy aftertaste.

To be combined with a cola drink or a cocktail of your choice.

Ingredients
2 oz. Barceló Gran Añejo
6 mint leaves
4 oz. fruit passion pulp
1 lemon
Soda
2 tsp. brown sugar
Crushed ice

Preparation
In a glass, place the mint, brown sugar and passion fruit pulp, and mash the ingredients. Add crushed ice to half the glass, pour in the rum and mix. Add ice to the edge and fill the excess space with soda. Decorate with a sprig of mint.
