Limited production rum made from fresh sugarcane juice, extracted from one of our oldest and wildest fields.
Aged in selected oak staves without prior use, packaged in a majestic sugarcane-derived plant fibre case with a description written with organic ink.

Notes on tasting

Intense amber colour.
Fragrances of caramelized cherry, cocoa and tobacco. The entry is characterized by sharp notes of fleshy fruits, but hints of toasted dried fruit and pink pepper appear in the background. In the mouth it is clean and pure, with a prolonged and mild finish.

To be enjoyed on the rocks and in combinations of contemporary mixology.
750 ml and 700 ml presentations.


Organic and Spicy


½ ounce of Barceló Organic
½ ounce of triple sec
2 ounces of lemon juyce
1 ounce of simple syrup
2 cucumber slices
½ teaspoon of grated ginger


Mix the rum, triple sec, ginger, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Mash a cucumber slice in the shaker and mix again. Pour into a short glass with ice and garnish with cucumber slices.
